When?

From now until the the 11th of July, individuals, small teams, and schools across the U.K. will raise small or big amounts of money to add up to £20,000. We are all thinking of Africa during the World Cup… and so let’s think about a different side than just the football.

Why?

Once they were raped or beaten, orphaned or abandoned, and left to live or die in the streets.

They now have their first proper home. Thanks to the One Home Many Hopes UK ‘Breaking Ground 2010’ campaign. (that means you) building will have started for their own school.

You can help if one or more of these apply to you:
1. You have ever been to school.
2. You have ever had a job
3. You are a teacher.
4. You have ever sent an e-mail.
5. You have one or more friends who still speak to you.
6. You have read 1-5 above.

How?

Just create your fundraising page, pick a target amount, and e-mail your friends and family asking them to help you reach it. We have template e-mails and template fundraising page for you in our toolkits, so it's easy. No organizing events or making people come to stuff, just ask them for a few clicks so you can buy a few bricks.

The twist is we believe you!

2.E-mail friends and family the link to your fundraising page and invite them to make a small donation to your target. They love you...they'll help you. Use the e-mails in our toolkit if you want to.
